It's a workbook that outlines a 60 day program to help people get in touch with basic spiritual principles. I begin at least 5 days a week with prayer, reflection, Bible reading, and listening. I have found it to be the best thing I've ever done for myself. Let me know if you read this book. Thanks.

The author is a young minister with some great, simple and philosophical ideas for meditation, prayer and keeping one's head on straight. His name is Shane Pruitt and he's a real sweetheart The idea of doing it for 60 days makes it goal focused and attainable. Sigrid
