Hello gorgeous ladies! I'll tell you, things are going so great for my book, The Self-Full Life. As many of you know, I advertised on BWS for the month of Sept and it was spectacular. Add that to some of the other ad spots I'm running and the site is popping. My amazon rating seems to be totally reflective of my ad spots...it has gone from 20,000 to 700,000 to 72, 000 etc. Up and down! What a ride. Anyway, I wanted to invite you to go to my site and see all the up and coming stuff that is coming my way.

I am so very truly blessed. wow. I KNOW I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing. I trust. I have faith. AND I WILL CONTINUE!!! This week I had my 49th Birthday and this is the last year of my 40's. So proud to say that I will be living it everyday to the fullest extent.

thanks to all of you for your personal support.....blessings to you.

Peace to all, Peg

Peg,
I'm so happy to hear that all is going so well for your debut book. I agree with your feeling that you are on the path you should be on... So true!

I also know if I looked as good as you do, I wouldn't give a rip if I were 149 years old.

Congrats on your success!!

JJ

Peg,

WTG with those ratings! That's fantastic. Also nice to know that your advertising paid off on Boomer Women and in other places. You seem to be doing very well getting the word out. Keep it up :-)

Hey there ladies...thank you so much for your feedback. I know that gene's have a lot to do with the fact that I look young for my age. But I also have another theory, meditation. I truly feel that while I meditate, the aging process slows down. Now, how can I bottle that? Speaking of bottles, and irony.....today I woke up with a face so swollen and puffy that my eyes were mere slits. Know why? I USED A NEW FACIAL PRODUCT THAT I'M ALERGIC TO. Holy cow, and I'm singing and signing my book at 2 major events, one tomorrow and one on Wednesday. My husband sweetly told me that "I don't need makeup" much less a youth creme. Bless him, I guess you now know why I'd rather he NOT get lasik surgery! LOL!

Have a great day, I'm off to rehearsal with the musical director for wednesday service at Agape. Geez, I hope I don't scare her with my blotched face! lol

Peg,

You can't bottle that meditation effect but you can certainly write about it. Spread the word.

Hope that allergic effect were off. What bad timing! Ouch.

Wishing you great success :-)

Sigrid

P. S. What are the rates for advertising on BWS for one month? Just curious. Also, when you advertise is it the same people on the forums who read your ads? I think everyone here has already heard about my book!

Hi Peg!

That is absolutely wonderful news! I get so tickled anytime I hear that an author has found her nitch with selling, promoting, advertising, etc. It takes alot of work and dedication....both of which you have plenty of!

Good luck to you always!

Teresa :-)

Peg, best of everything with your book signings. Don't be shy. I went a lecture by a woman author last night that was aboaut her book. She didn't even mention buying her book. I couldn't believe it.

Thanks for all your feedback...I had a major book signing here in Los Angeles a couple of weeks ago. I spoke for about an hour, then had a question and answer session, then I signed the books. It was fabulous. It was held at one of the most well known spiritual book stores here and after the signing I got a letter from the events co-ordinator who said that she heard it had gone great and that she took my book (the next day) to a book fair that was held in LA. I also hear that they are featuring my book in the store on the "new release" shelf. wow!

btw, my swelling is 98% gone , thank goodness, and now I'm ready for tonights big event...I'm singing at Agape (agapelive.com) and then they are hosting a book signing event afterwards. I've never been to a Wed night service, but when I've appeared on Sunday's there were well over 1000 people in attendence. I've been told by a well-known author (that will remain anonymous) that its important to remember that it doesn't matter how many show up....even if it's just one person, it's a success. He told me about a signing/speaking engagement he did in Central Cal where only one lady showed up. He did the whole thing just for her and you know what? It turned out that she was VP of a major TV company. And she was so grateful to him that she has helped him get his message out there. So again, he tells me, "Don't Count." It's something I always keep in mind.

love, Rev. Peg a la
