I'm using Booksurge and up until now they were very prompt and good about everything, having assured me that their past problems with customers were over when Amazon bought them last spring. I did go to my rep's supervisor and got a response and apology. She is sending a second author copy but I may still have to redo the cover file if it doesn't look right. Proving they did something to corrupt the file may be difficult. And patience is NOT my strong suit.

I have so many irons in the fire that I made a major TO DO list and that's helping my poor demented brain keep up a little!! Best news is that I have a first date with a fabulous Englishman, who seems quite interested, on Saturday. A new love interest can always make the medicine go down easier...right?
