Ladies, this is sooo important. You need to have a form on every page of your site, or almost every page. that way people will fill it out and then you get their email for future mailings.
Of course you have to include a spot on the form for email address.

I have lots of forms on this site. Someone might not want to add their link, but they might want the newsletter. Lots of forms for different reasons does the trick.
