I am launching an advertising campaign May 1, 2005.

I am capitalizing on BWS being the first site listed when doing a search for baby boomer women.

This means that one whose traget is baby boomer women would have a tremendous advertising advantage because our home page is the first site someone would find when researching baby boomer women on the ENTIRE Web.

I am curious to know what you would be willing to pay to have your book cover on our home page for a month?

There will also be a package to have your book on three of the other pages which will be less expensive.

I will also have a featured book, product, and site on the home page which will cost the most because they will be at the top of the page.

I'd love your feedback.

Women with over 100 posts will get a discount.

Will this be books of all kinds as long as they are written by a Boomer? The only thing I have coming out soon is a children's book.

This is a great idea, Dotsie, to help you get some financial support for the website, since you don't want to charge membership fees. I've been meaning to suggest that you at least accept donations, so that women who would like to help you out with the expenses could send a contribution now and then.

Dotsie, It's about time you allowed us to help you support the expense of this site. We know you're tough, but we need to help.

Will you be open to having FIREBRAND a part of this if I pay? Which I certainly am willing to do.

It might be fun to pay for our promo in conjunction with what ever month it is, like a book by a Boomer in May for Mother's Day, etc. LLL

I'm in...although I don't have a clue what to pay or a clue what you should charge (not that you asked me)....so whatever you do I know will be fair and you can COUNT ME IN!

Hey Dotsie, I totally support you on this. And, I'm willing to plunk down my chunk of change to advertise on the front of your website.

I am researching like a fool. Trying to compare what others charge considering the number of hits they have, etc.

Most of me packages are written up and ready to be launched May 1, but I'm still wavering of amounts.

My web queen is telling me I need to charge more. I keep questioning her. Her point is that my site is the premier site for people to advertise to baby boomer women because any engine search for baby boomer women shows my site first.

I'm speaking with someone who was in the field of internet advertising on Friday. I can't wait to hear what she has to say.

All will be at the top of my home page.

I took the three most visited pages (other than the home page) and coupled them with two other pages. This will be cheaper. It can be for books, sites, or products.

I'd appreciate any feedback you have to offer.
