Julie,

How great to hear that it is possible to write 1700 words in a day. I keep telling the family and friends that I'm going to move away and live alone for a whole year and do nothing but write! Yeh, right!! Keep going girl, you own it now.

Mary

Mary,
We can dream, can't we? <G>
I'm curious...how many write longhand?

Julie, keep up the writing!

1700 words is great! And then to be satisfied in the effort is even greater! [Smile]

I write on my laptop most of the time.

I wrote the first draft of my book on a laptop. Today, I can't really use one. I write on my big mother lode PC with a monitor the size of my flatscreen television!

I'm trying to picture that, Dianne. [Eek!] I can't imagine sitting across the room from the monitor and looking at font the size of an Egyptian. Is it hard to get used to? Is it hard to go back to looking at normal size? I'm remembering someone who did 'write' on their big monitor ( I think it was also their TV ) it was so boggling to me to see that. I'm blind as a *no-eyed bat* without without the *cheaters* [Wink] I can't picture myself being more than armslength from what I'm working on. ?? [Cool] ??
