Chickadee, About a year ago I posted 2 (not very good) poems on faithwriters.
Since then I receive an email almost every week from faithwriters saying I have messages which they imply are from someone wanting to hire me. Of course I have to pay the ransom to read the messages.
I am pretty sure it's a scam. I can't imagine anyone wanting to hire me based on two whiney poems written in the middle of the night more than a year ago.
There are so many scam artists out there. It's becoming like the old "pay me for a bunch of photos and I'll make you a model" or pay me to be your agent and I'll take you to Hollywood." It plays to our ego.

What's worse is the writer scams, publishing opportunities and online magazines that mask their intentions in religion.
