I also do a lot of speaking at senior groups and while everybody loves my talks, they don't buy books too much. a) they find it hard to read now - and prefer large type; b) they don't have that much money and c) they don't have that much room for books in their quarters. And I don't even talk about medical stuff!

Have you thought about "networking" with some orthopedic groups? Perhaps if a couple of medical men liked what you had to say about hip replacements, they might recommend it to their patients....

Just a thought.
