All I can suggest at this time is go ahead with the paper as it is already the acceptable way. Maybe CD is also...I just don't know. I'd probably go with the sure thing??? To be on the safe side I ended up calling the copyright office and they confirmed that I CAN put all the files on the CD and mail them. (That will certainly translate in less postage-considering the large amount of material I am sending ). And is good for storage too!

I believe you can copyright literature saved to a disk though it might be unwise because the copyright lasts for more than 70 years and there may not be a program in existence to retrieve it at that time. I guess it's up to them to keep files available ! It's literature files on a Cd.( I'm aware of the different forms as I already copyrighted one song). JJ- U R forgiven ! But I will have to wait til tomorow to send them off! Chickadee- don't give up hope. Hope never dies!

Lets see: I have poetry, devotional articles, acrostics, greeting card poetry, letters, reflections, Sabbath school and youth programming... should I go on? I have material in English and Spanish, which I will send in separately, of course . All this amounts to a HUGE stack of papers!

Never imagined this would take so long to organize and prepare for submission ! Of course, I should have sent in some material sooner, and not wait for it to "pile up" . But I sorted all and formatted it like a book-in chapters for poetry, devos and so on. Now this part is ready to send-Whew!! I then will do the same with my Spanish material which is a lot more. HELP !
