Remember when I asked questions about Thanksgiving and football? I wrote one humorous piece that ended up on Penwomanship, and a second one that better fit the needs of Sisters in the Lord, and it will be up later this month. I told JJ she had no worries that I'd venture into her territory too much! lol!

Congrats girls. I am so excited for you. I will be trying to send something in as soon as I write something. Unfortunately Just For Mom holds electronic rights for a year so the stuff that I have posted there can't go to another ezine for a year. So I will write a couple of stories and not submit them to Just for MOm.
Anyway congrats girls and I got a subscription so I'll be looking for your articles.

We are also going to start, very soon, a Highlighting the Service (or something of that nature), a column about the quiet people who serve God and others. Sort of an interview thing.

I would like to encourage and ask for any of you whose Church as a website to consider asking for a link exchange. SIL will link to the Church, and the Church will link to SIL.

Then - we have some interactive things coming up, such as - nominate someone to be interviewed for Highlights; Share Jesus - tips on how to share your faith without being pushy, obnoxious, in your face, etc.

We also are starting a S.M.I.L.E.S. for Jesus, a department in tribute and in service to single mothers.
