It might be interesting to know how everyone found their way to this site. I was searching for the Oklahoma University football score. I guess it was our fight song, "Boomer Sooner," that led me here. At first I thought it was an women's OU football site so I clicked it and guess what?? So here I am. With my coffee in the A.M. and with dinner at night and in between if I'm on the computer. All these nice people are addictive!! I'm curios how everyone else got here. ?? smile

She suggested I submit a story to Dotsie for her book, and that's how I got "hooked" on the forum....the rest is history as they say! I've enjoyed meeting everyone, and certainly have appreciated the support from those of you who participated in the Book Club reading of my book. I think this is the BEST place to meet/greet/share that I've ever participated in and it's a joy to check in here at least a couple of times a day to see what's going on with the Boomer Women!

Once I got here, I jumped right in with an introduction. Everyone made me feel so much at home! So along with Chocolate and Coffee, I got another addiction! I check the new posts every day even if I don't always answer. It's nice to be a part of this community of great women. Donna

I'm glad you feel at home. That was my intention. I'd always thought it would be fun to have a club where everyone shared openly about anything that was on our minds. Several years ago when I knew nothing about computers I never would have thought this is how it would materialize. That's where prayer gets ya! Amazing, isn't it?
