Just wears me out but I'm getting a grip on it! Caught myself as a teenager, trying to go deeper into it and pushing the envelope on it by doing other OCD things like returning to be sure the door was locked five times! Luckily, I made myself stop that or I would never have the time to write! So glad you're here. Haven't had time to read your site yet but will.

I won't post it here as it's lengthy. Good going in your battle to keep control of it rather than letting it have control over you. If you ever need any help... or just an ear...
