Hello everyone, I go by, Eve. I am a self-published author & poet, residing in Atlanta.
I have written over a dozen books, 4 have been published. A traditional publisher called ME and is now reviewing my book, "Dontay, The Class Clown" Dontay is my grandson, I have written a series of books about him, makes 4 easy writing!
I will try 2 post some of my poetry over here when I can, but this is the busiest time 4 book signing til May. I take off in the Summer and go 2 New York 2 be with Dontay.
I hope I can be a pleasant addition 2 a wonderful group of women. Thanks Dotsie 4 having me & signing my guestbook with such a nice comment.

I think I might have found a roommate 2 go 2 France with me 4 the 2 week writer's workshop!

I write poetry as well as personal essays, short stories, and I am in the first redraft of a novel.
I self published a book of poetry and essays to give to my Dad. It was his dream to be a writer when he was a young man. Unfortunately, he died unexpectedly just one week before the book got to me.

These women are wonderful support and a caring and loving group of friends.

I am pretty much a loner, can't tell that from my POETRY, lol!! Getting ready 4 a book signing 2morrow. I find so many different venues to do them. I just did one at Belks Dept. Store.
Very nice people & a successful signing.
The manager even bought a book.

b(l)oomer when it comes to writing, but I am at it on a daily basis now. I found BWS around the same time I got the writing bug. What a blessing! Best thing that ever happened.. No turning back for me now.Too many encouraging women here to let that happen.Here you will feel just like a new book... "they got you covered".
