Dear Aqua, thank you for giving so much of yourself in your first few posts. I can assure you that you have come to a great place to fill you up with hope and healing. I too was diagnosed with anxiety/depression and I am much recovered. Well, meds help a lot too, as well as friends and faith. You will find that here, too. My birthstone is aquamarine.
