It's wonderful!! A little about me -- I'm 50, married to a quadraplegic who is very active and independent, no kids, just two of the 4-legged furry kind (beagles). We travel a lot to bass tournaments and do a lot of volunteer work for the Paralyzed Veterans of America. I used to be very active on a similar forum for women who've had hysterectomies (hystersisters.com) but kind of got past that and have been looking for something like this site to be able to chat with other women.......this is great!! Hope to hear from some of y'all soon! Ann

We aren't fishermen, but love boating and know there is a large bass tournament here at least once a year. We are pretty new to the area so don't know a lot of details. Your volunteer work sounds very rewarding. Another member here is posting about helping veterans. You might want to check that out too.
