When I first search the lots to buy a car, I really wanted a 1969 Opal GT, not in the cards. So, then I went and test drove a Mach Mustang, I would have been happy with that...my dad decided to co-sign for a 1964 Chevy Nova, stick on the column no less. [Roll Eyes]

While married to my first husband I meet his uncle who collected antique cars.
Just so happened he had a 1969 Opal Gt, I cried when he agreed to sell it to me. Solid black with 13 clear coats of black lacquer. [Big Grin]
Called it my "mini-vet". Sold it before moving east...

My next favorite was my 95 Honda Delsol. When my baby graduated I gave it to her. Never had one problem with the car, still running like a top today.
