I love the manager naps...10-15 minutes sleep is just right, and I feel great afterwards. You need to rest not only your body, but your brain as well. In 24 years of marriage, my husband has never left work for any reason. His restaurants job kept him for 10-12 hours a day. One morning he left for work about 6AM. I was complaining of a migraine, but what else is new? At 10 AM he called me. I remember answering the phone. Then, there he was, by the bed. I was shocked to see him home. He explained that I was "incoherent" on the phone. Thus began a long day at the ER. I've read that you really have to do something when a headache is not typical for you. But you had no pain? Sleepy and blurry and blocked. Lynn, sounds like we had the same thing, but my head never really hurt. Just got a call from the hosptial and the MRI was fine too. I got really ill from the paint fumes. Infact I was so dizzy and my head so hollow, I thought I was losing my mind. It took about a week for us to figure out it came from the paint.
