That's great... one day at a time.
It really is a lifestyle change...I've really slipped over the holidays. But, ...I'll get back on track.

It's great when you see it start to work... happy for you!

JawJaw your weight loss is excellent! I know how good it must make you feel to know that you can do it!

Awwww Bluebird are you saying you are sick? Two years ago I had that on Christmas day of all days! I was so sick my family had to eat Christmas Eve's leftovers instead of the wonderful dinner I had planned for them. That was a bummer! Hope everyone in your family is feeling better for the new year!

Thank you LB, and I brought this post back up to not only toot the old horn, but to hopefully give encouragement to anyone who needs it. DRUM ROLL PLEASE .................

As of today (one week), I am down 8 pounds. People...I am eating six times a day and it's all heatlhy food. I have never been so full, all day, I don't get sleepy after a meal or in the afternoons, and I have energy. TONS of energy. I am amazed and dazed... And......lighter!

Someone said, "yeah, but it's water retention weight," I said, "so what? Weight is weight. Walk around with a 10 lb bag of potatoes and then set them down and walk around." Makes a lot of difference, let me tell ya!

Hugs, and onward!

JJ

JawJaw, you are right weight is weight though I disagree that it's only water retention.

Wow eight pounds that is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!

The reason people feel so tired after a high fat meal is because fat in the food causes the blood to "sludge" within a few hours. Oxygen isn't circulating as well and thusly you feel tired. Is'nt it great not to feel that way anymore?

Wow, just great JJ, keep going girl!

Thanks ladies...and Brenda, that a negative on the stove. I decided to wait until my brother-in-law comes up here and he can help me buy it, install it, and he'll haul the old one off...all at no charge. All I have to do is buy it. Wuhooo!

When I bought my referigerator, I went to Lowe's...at the time they had free delivery and old appliance removal.

Think they run that special from time to time.
