The Cloud I want to be on is Cloud 50...This means 39 more clouds to go....

Joe Dillon is a man who came to speak to a dental association where my sister works. He told them about a new way to live your "eating" life, and the ins and outs of metabolisms, body fat, etc...

While some of the things he said were not new, they were put forth in a manner that got my attention (she related it all to me) and so I visited his web site at http://www.7naturallaws.com/index.asp where he gives a wealth of info on the 7 Natural Laws.

I liked what I read, and so I've been practicing what he preaches and following his lead. It works for me, and I feel better, have more energy, and I'm cuter. Okay, I made that last one up, but it could happen...right?

That's great....will be checking the natural law website.
Fantastic...11 pounds in such a short time. [Smile]
Quite the accomplishment.

What sets Curves apart? They just put one in the new shopping center, at the top of the road.

I just wanted to drop in and tell you that when I move, I'm putting my scale in storage! Don't need it. My clothes tell me if I'm gaining or losing.

Trust me honey, there's enough here to make two women. Notice I didn't say two GOOD women...just women. BUT NOT FOR LONG!

JAWJAW!! Girl, I haven't peeked into the site for a few days but here I am and I can't tell you how HAPPY I am for you!! You ARE the Queen!

I'm sitting here at work eating my veggie sanGwich (wishing it was a cheeseburger with NO fat and NO calories) and thought I'd check up on my buddies.

With a string of gorgeous supporters like us, you can't lose (well, we do want you to "lose"...you know what I mean..!)

I'm looking forward to lent when I begin my annual "I am not eating sweets so don't offer me cake" campaign. It's a tough job and I am religious (no pun intended) about it and am happy to say, don't give into my temptations even though my birthday every year falls AFTER lent begins so no cake for me. But I guess that's why they call it a sacrafice, huh?

JawJaw, you rule! Keep going!!
