They've asked me to pick the mother-son dance song; I'm clueless, cause everything I'm coming up with is sentimental/sad and/or sappy (neither of us wants to cry). I did think of "Simple Man" (lynrd skynrd), but not sure if that "fits." Does anyone have any suggestions?

I attended a wedding some time ago where the son chose "Through the Years" by Kenny Rogers. Made me bawl like a baby. The relationship between a Mother and her son is a special thing.
