Hopefully we'll learn lessons of gain.
We've all been there, walking in hurt,
Been so downtrodden, was wallowing in the dirt.
But the day will come,
I doth believe,
When we'll be surrounded by light,
And God's face we'll see,
Joy will replace, sorrow and such,
Everything shall be fine,
When we feel God's touch!

Today the sun is shining, and birds are singing sweetly,
I have tucked away my sorrow somewhere safe, very neatly.
Life goes on for those of us left behind,
Other things happen daily to get saddness off our mind.
A friend named Dianne sent a picture of her dog Max,
Nancy sent an email photo of her new pup while stating the facts.
The question everyone is asking is will I get a new baby,
the only way to answer is it's too soon yet, but maybe.
Right now theres still my Reeta that I must take care of,
give her the attention she deserves, she still needs my love.
So if your thoughts should turn to me some part of your day,
know I am fine, probably in my kitchen having fun while cooking away...

I'm glad you're doing better,
It's hard not to be a fretter.
Heartaches weigh us down,
And we make a moaning sound.
But God understands, we're sad,
And sends His angels, to make us glad.
Life is beautiful, overall,
But now and again, we tend to ball,
Thank God good, overrules the bad,
And happiness lasts longer than sad!

Just filled the bird bath,
And that's a fun thing, rather girly.
Love watching birdies', flapping wings,
And bathing, as 'round they go twirling!
Warm breezes and bright sun,
Baby geese are on the run,
'tween ponds they do hurry,
Keepin' up with mom and dad,
Takes effort, makes ya scurry!

May Day
Hurray, hurray, it's the first of May,
My favorite month of the year.
Grandma's birthday was in mid May,
Dad's was May, what dear, dear, dear.
My darlin' boy is a May baby, too,
That's why I love the month of May,
What say you?
When May rolls 'round,
Each'n every year,
It's chasing away sadness,
And bringing tons of cheer!
