I wanted to post this yesterday and should have so here goes.

Until yesterday morning I was in a terrible funk, depressed, crying, walking around endlessly, not knowing which way to turn. Then the phone rang and upon answering heard a sweet loving voice say, "hi Chatty it's me LOLA!"
All the way from London and it was such a good connection it was as if we were in the same room. We talked for hours, literally. She was so supportive and wise and made me laugh so many times.
Until now I have only known Lola from this forum and when she bought some of my crocheting.

Today, even though my situation hasn't changed, I awoke bright eyed and feeling positive. I know that even though I feel alone, I am really never alone. When you have friends like Lola and so many others how could you ever be alone?

I have a renewed spirit and soon this fiasco will be coming to an end, once and for all. I want to thank you again Lola for taking the time to show how much love you have for your fellow sisters and showing it. You've heled me in many more ways than you know...I have been humming all day.

How great is that Chatty! Lola has surprised me several times with phone calls too. It's wonderful to hear a voice behind all these mails.
I know she can give valuable advice and cheer up. She's a gem!

Chatty, that's wonderful! I, too, love connecting with my BWS sisters via phone. I'm finally coming out of the dark ages on Tuesday and getting digital phone....which means I can virtually talk to any of you if you like! Chatty, your Christmas call a year ago meant the world to me. So happy you're seeing the world in a brighter way today!

i had calls from lola too and they do last a long time and i love them good women lola!

I had one last week and i love that cheekie obsure (at times) sense of humer, sprinkled with seriousness at other time then god at other phazes. A bit like the seasons it changes as the call goes on. Oh and can cope with L noise in background or whatnting me to pet him while on phone, its like a 3 way call sometimes lol.

i also glade chatty your stronger as sometimes we cant change the situasion but we can change our responses and attitudes.

it is nice dotsie and cements a closer type of bond heer on the boards. Iv also had a brife talk with EW, she nearlie understood me lol.
