Eagle ask them at the Chinese reataurant if they use MSG. Most DO NOT, as so many people are allergic to it in one way or another, it is terrible stuff and should have been/be banned.

Eagle, no other symptoms except the headache, but that's enough. You know I can go from slight headache to full-blown migraine in 10-15 minutes, and once that happens, I really don't notice much of anything.

I think sulfites are in certain processed foods, but since I don't eat any of that, the only place I'm aware of is in wine. When possible, I'll read labels. When not possible, I limit myself to 1/2 glass and that seems to be my threshold.

Well I have Meinere's disease (inner ear disorder) so when I eat salty foods I get very dizzy (can last hours to days). When I drink red wine I get a rash on one side of my body (white wine is okay).
