Went to the doctor today for a follow up xray, the doctor told me that I'm okay.
I have my CPAP to guard me in the night, good thing too as my health was taking flight.
I start a special eating plan on Tuesday when it arrives, meals already prepared for diabetics, to keep us alive.
I've tasted most of them and am happy to say, they taste pretty good, lots of variety throughout my day.
It is so good to be healthy can't wait to lose the weight, once sleek and enchanting maybe I'll get me a sexy date.
I can see myself dancing all around the room, if the guys got some bucks he might make a good groom.
At my age comfortable is the most I can hope for, I've lived life to the fullest and can't ask for much more.
I will keep you all posted as I get trim and less fluffy, try to keep an open mind, smile, and don't be so stuffy...

I guess I'm just not creative or patient enough. I DID NOT just read that from you, dotsie bregel! Here are 3 helpful steps: 1. Say, "I can do it." 2. Start. 3. Finish. The more you do it, the easier it gets. I'm begging you to try it. Try spinning a short poem from this: My children grew up too fast. You don't have to post it, but I hope you do.

Chatty, Glad you are well, and feelin' lots better, Good hearin' you can breathe, And no longer under the weather.
Happy they're shippin' you, all your meals, Then you won't have to labor, Preparin' big, fancy deals.
When you slim the bod down, And take off lots 'o pounds, Have tons of fun, a slippin' around. Beat all those men away from the door, Like I'm sure you've done, A zillion times before!
Stay well, dear Editor, please do adhere, So you can be on call, all through the year, Kindly remain ready, willing, and able, To help those of us, who need you stable.

I just heard on a meditation CD, How to relate to my one and only body.
I got to be good to it, it’s all I have, Made with love from my dear mom and dad.
I’ll start with my feet, and the weight they carry, It’s all the same, whether my legs are shaved or hairy.
Oh my poor knees, supporting heavy thighs and hips, Got to throw out all those fatty potatoe chips.
Moving right along to my lower back and spine, Next time I know I’ll think about what I dine.
Up up to my neck with that wobbly double chin, I bet it would go away, if I were thin.
Oh dear body, you have been so good to me Carrying me everywhere, with you I was free.
But I’ve been neglecting you way to much, You have become too big and mushy to the touch.
I need to care and love you like a baby, Make sure your are nurtured; not fed like crazy.
I need your support many more years, Not sit in a wheelchair and shed sorry tears.
Today I join Chatty in the losing weight diet We will make it we will do it! Food? We’ll defy it!
