Dancer the only thing I see next to your name is a tiny face in a circle, with two slits for eyes and one for a mouth. It is on JJ's post too but not mine. Mine has a yellow happy face. But I have seen that little white face before on mine as well. The only blinking thing I ever see is if I have a private message.

LIGHT BULB moment, that little white face is only there when someone is off line.
