We're only horsing around, Dots!

You mean life situations like:

Soon Dots will be off to Aruba,
getting sun while she floats on a tube, ah!

They say the natives there may be restless,
dancing wildly around leaves them breathless.

Sometimes pretty young girls there, disappear,
but with Ross watching she has nothing to fear.

Once shes sun tanned, having had lots of rest,
she'll return to the BWS nest.

We her friends will be happy to see her,
having our Dotsie back is fantastic for sure...

chatty, what fun. No need to worry about me disappearing with the Rosster around.

We were there last year and spoke with soem of the islanders who were mortified about the missing gal, then the movie that was being made about it, that is since out. We found the islanders to be such fun-loving people.

By the way, I broke down and tanned, but only twice. Vanity, such a weakness!

Aruba, ya say...?

Oh, my gosh, Dots is goin' to Aruba,
Wish I could go there, too, ah.
It sounds like more fun than a poo-bah,
Or deep-sea diving in scuba.

Hope Dots and Rosster walk barefoot,
Along the white, sandy beach,
Soak up lots of sun and blue water,
And shop every boutique they reach.

Hope they have an awesome vacation,
And rest, as they emerge thy soul,
In the wildness of lavish recreation,
That create memories, vivid and bold.

Good for you Dotsie, and I bet you look great. Now you can roam the beaches without fear from the sun. I hope you have a wonderful vacation and get some much needed relax and recreation. We shall hold down the fort here at home with JJ at the head...

Who's Watching Who?

Who's tending the store, here at BWS,
Why it's Jawjaw, that's who,
Queen of laughter and jest.

So watch your p's and q's,
Choose words gentle'n kind,
Then our good-natured leader,
Won't have to reproach,
Or be stern of mind.

I know, I know,
When boss is away,
Members must play.

But those of us that do not roam,
Are generally well-mannered,
When left here at home.

Eenie, meenie, mynie, moe,
JJ's taking notes in the front row.

We had best be as good as gold,
otherwise we boomers, she will scold.

While Dotsie is splashing in the surf,
Queen JJ is in charge of this boomer turf.

We adore our JJ, she is kind and fair,
has a mild temper even with that fiery red hair.

I will go now minding my P's and Q's,
content Queen JJ is here to fill Dotsies shoes.

Smile Awhile

I come here to this glorious site,
Sit in my chair and smile with delight.

It's fun stuff, my eyes are feasting on,
Cute, witty, and cleaver,
Are these posts, left to ponder upon.

I chuckle and laugh, then go on my way,
With thoughts lighter and happier,
For they've brightened my day!

Drove to the top of the mountain to play in the snow,
got clipped with a wet snowball, a sneaky dirty blow.

Watched the skiers ride the ski lifts, all a smile,
they disappeared from site when they'd gone up a mile.

Sat by the fire pit in the chalet sipping hot cocoa,
trying to warm up my bones from the chill of the snow.

Came back down the mountain onto completely dry streets,
who'd have believed just this morning rain had come down in sheets?

The snow is fun and games when you go to it,
but when it falls down continously, puts you in a snit.

I live in a valley with mountains all around me,
can swim in the valley then go up the mountain to ski.

Tell me about your home and what you do there,
I told you, so for you to reciprocate is only fair.

Opened my computer and what did I see
A spooky purple lady staring right down at me!
