Hi, all. Sorry about the delayed replies, but I've been stuck at school (talking about kitchens, as a matter of fact). Much like jawjaw, I tend to avoid the kitchen as much as possible...or at least as much as I can in a tiny apartment where you have to walk through the kitchen to get to anything. Basically what I'm saying is: I'm no kitchen expert. That's what you guys are helping me become. I actually remodeled my whole kitchen back when I had a house in Wisconsin, but that was mostly knocking down walls and adding windows so it wasn't so dark and isolated.
