Is it better than the scorpion I found in my bed the other night?

Oh yeah. I wouldn't sleep in that room for a week and this was after the bug man sprayed too! Talk about being freaked out. It was on a pillow that I turned over! Can you imagine? It's only if you have lived around these horrible things that you can understand just how scary they are.

I'm very sorry that happened to you, Dianne! I sure do know that fear.
Once I got into the bath and noticed one was swimming in the tub with me when I was a kid!
You only have to live near those to know how frightening they are!
I've been bitten by a black widow. I was bit on the lower spine and it about paralysed (sp.) for quite some time. The hospital said I had to ride it out. It was scary too.
In Arizona, I don't know what scares me more, the black widows, the scorpions or the rattle snakes!
Stay wel1!

How about the centipedes? All those legs. eeewww, I cringe just thinking about them.

I can't imagine being in the bath with a scorpion and being bitten by a black widow is just too awful to think about. You're lucky you survived the bite. Ouch!

LOL, Dotsie and Chick. We can protect you, we are used to the creatures.
Dianne, those centipedes can get BIG, have you seen a big one?
I had a dance studio in my home and a huge one appeared on the wall, (it was a rammed earth home.,) and my students went nuts! One or two, one male, thought it was rockin, but it almost ended that class, you can imagine.
I know they bite, but do you know how poisonious it is? I know it is poisonous.
How about those BIG beetles? You know that in Tucson, that was voted the "ugliest creature," in Arizona by the Tucson Weekly poll! LOL,
brave we are! The brown recluse is the most dangerous creature we have, I've been told.
