Fabric covered desk chair with adjustable height and adjustable back with non-adjustable armrests, it came from Staples or Office Depot I think. It sits on a plastic floor protector to protect the hardwood floor underneath. Usually have my legs crossed or my feet resting on the shelf under the desk. And I'm usually barefoot and in shorts and a t-shirt! And both dogs are usually right behind me.......good company (although one of them snores really loud!!)

my desk is on a half-wall in the family room (no room in my bead room!) and I can look into the kitchen. Nice piece of oak furniture as most of this room is oak. My chair is probably older than I am and a whole lot sturdier. I got it at a yard sale for $1 and it's one of the few pieces of furniture that came with me to California. I cut 3 pieces of particle board to get the computer screen to the right height.

I'm in my office facing a stone wall with walls of window to my right, left and behind me. I love all the light. But I sit hunched over (no lie) my desk in a desk chair that is probably very bad for my posture. I need to do something about this. I know this posture is horrendous for me.

I also will post from my lap top on the patio, but lose connection sometimes so it gets frustrating. I'll post sitting next to Ross in the den while he watches sports. In the winter, I like to post from a big over stuffed chair in the basement, late afternoon. But one of my favorite places to post is from bed on Saturday mornings, while under the covers, after Ross has left for work. I recall doing that and always catching our friends over the pond online very early in my morning. By the way, Anyone seen or heard from Celtic and Po? I miss them.

I'm laughing at diamond spinning around in her chair. If I were to do that, I'd break something, or myself...lol.

My PC is sitting on an executive office desk, way too high for computer use, but it's all I have. The chair is an adjustable without armrests, and it is at the lowest position possible - I am 5'1/2" tall, so I keep it low. In the knee well, I have a riser (which is really too tall) that I prop my feet on, if I'm not sitting on them, or don't have them propped on the lower right file drawer. It's a very bad set-up, IMO, but all I have in this dinky little place we call our home.
