I really like step, but haven't carved out time to get back into it... it's been over two years since my last session, so it would take some effort to get going again.
I am walking with my mom every day now. We walk at her pace, and we've only gotten up to a little over a quarter of a mile (daily) so far. She has to slow every so often to keep her breath, but we've been at it for two weeks. I might go as far as walking for myself (currently we're doing it for her), since the park is so nice.
