Dotsie, 15-20 years ago I used retin A. It was easy for me to get a perscription because I was in my thirties and still battling acne, one of the uses for RA. I used the careful procedures you must use before applying this product. You must use sunscreen. The results are fantastic. I can't say that I saw a difference in wrinkles (what a bad deal, wrinkles and acne at the same time) but overall my skin improved, becoming smoother, with less obvious pores. I paid $40.00 per tube, a LOT of money. My friend who got the same tube got it in Mexico without a script for hardly any money. I was a property manager. I would have residents come in to pay the rent, and they would say, "What gorgeous skin you have?" Wow, how far I came on accutane and retin A. You have to use mild products to wash your skin, you have to wait at least 20 minutes after washing to apply the retin A. Otherwise you get rashes. I hope Dancer comes back to tell more because my information may be old. L
