I do not want to sound paranoid, but my problems with the Probate/Guardianship Circuit Court started after I contacted the Elder Abuse Hotline to report a series of abuses and neglect to my mother at the hands of the staff at a Rehab./Nursing Center. The more I know, the more I think, that once you get any goverment agency involved in your private life, you ceased to have any privacy or your own... they are a business, the more cases, more funding, referal to other agencies just feeds into their feeding each other's numbers.
