I can zip around these forums, but my lap top is a little slower, but not enought to mkae me not want to use it. Dotsie it may be possible to have all pictures older then, let's say 6 months, automatically erased. Then the site may pick up speed. You can't judge the speed from your own computer, since you probably have all the direct links installed there. I know, because my website is faster when I go into it, then when an outsider goes into it. I'm sure your computer gurus can do something about it.

Emily, you could "save" your post by copying it (Control C) periodically. That way if you timed out, you still will have your post and could keep going. I don't time out, so that isn't a problem for me.
