But...I freeze tea & lemonade in them from time to time to add to the tea and lemonade drinks, instead of regular ice. Does that count?

Little boys hands are always dirty. I have washable paint so I don't have to repaint too often. I don't scrub my walls anymore. My grubby handed kids grew up. I do big cleans and then have time to do the fun things. I sense I am old fashioned in clearing/cleaning but its inbuilt...Scottish Protestant work ethic...its in the genes. Mountain ash
