Well thank you, Mountain Ash for popping in and sharing that with me. Scotland eh? I am impressed. It’s good to be here.

Am a 48 boomer here..in Vancouver, before in Toronto and Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario area over 25 yrs.

If you are promoting boomer fitness.....do you bike? I am a dedicated cyclist..boomer cyclist for past 14 yrs.. and probably for life.

Lots of canucks! Welcome to the neighborhood. Glad you chose to join us after hanging out in the background. Two newbies, and sisters to boot. You can't beat that!

Thanks for the welcome....horses have always been a favorite of mine too. They go way back to childhood times. That sure seems like a lifetime ago......

Thank you fellow Canadian….I am pleased to be here even though I am from way up in the ‘great white north’. I was raised on country sunshine just outside of Toronto. I do enjoy cycling, all though not as passionately as you. I have a health and fitness routine I follow. It pleases me to hear that you are focusing on your health AND your passion. That is very important to me—health and wellness combined. Keep up the good work with your dedication to cycling. I am committed to my well-balanced lifestyle covering fitness, health and wellness.

Regards,

Linda
