I have been working to get a job and all those have been sent to who can (therectically) help are sooo slow in getting annything done. well, because I suddenly found a second wind out there coming in from somewhere, I have decided to go back to schol finish my degree and start my own freelance paraegal business. Having the degree on the wall is a requirement. as well as knowing the legal stuff as well ,,lol. Classes start June 6th So I am back on my feet and creating a whole new ME. Ladies, take a look at me now,

So the old adage is true , to do anything right you must do it yourself...

And have a great support system ...

thanks in advance for listening, Deb

Dallas Gal, the freelance lets me be my own boss. And I can work with several different attornies. But before I even think of being my own boss, I have to intern with one attorney...

The freelancealso satisfied the gypsy in me.

Great going Deb. I was wondering where you were. I was thinking you might try Chatty's new business, a mailing service for real estate customers.
But if you are going back to school, you will be pretty busy. Congratulations on going back. We're all proud of you.

Deb, I'm glad you kept searching! What are the academic requirements for becoming a paralegal?

Debi I have a friend here that went to school and then became a paralegal for an attorney and NOW she has here own business as a paralegal doing much of what attorneys do only cheaper. She handled my divorce and did a fantastic job and I have referred her to a dozen people who are also referring her work...
