chatty lady Writer Registered: 02/24/04 Posts: 20267 Loc: Nevada	Its being reported that at 5:00 A.M. this morning Nicky Hilton the sister of Paris (yuk) Hilton was leaving a West Hollywood IHOP Restaurant and was accosted and knocked to the ground by a 50 year old homeless man, named Micheal Broadhurst. Nicky was said to have jumped up, spiked heels and all and grabbed the scruffy old homeless man and screamed, "you are under citizens arrest." A scuffle insued. A waitress inside the IHOP saw the commotion and ran outside followed by a police officer who was having (guess what?) a donut and coffee inside at the time. The homeless man was arrested for assault, and will have to appear in court on April 21st. Until that he'll remain in jail. The perky million-heiress wasn't hurt. And I never went with the church groups that ministered there. Once in awhile I get a hankering for one and make it.
