Finally figured out how a little slide show works! Our sweety (18 months) got some fuzzy bunny ears, and here she is practicing being a swilly wabit, (Heffner baby, watch out!) infront of the mirrow...till she drops tired on our bedroom floor.

please klick on the music first:
music

and then let the music run in the background while viewing slideshow.

Those eyes could melt a glacier! Thanks for sharing your bundle of joy. How is the visit going for everyone? How is your DIL doing?

I just can't help myself; just had to share these pictures with you all. Thank you ladyjane, countrygirl, and Anno.

My brother is back in the States, Anno. It was alot of laughing for two weeks, and we all felt that Octoberfest beer! He brought our mother to a nice hotel by a lake for 4 days, which was a little break for me.

Do you mean my DIL at the Olympic Camp Anno? She is doing good. Misses her daughter like crazy. I don't know how she can stand being away from her baby so long. My son is here every weekend, so at least our granddaughter knows who her daddy is.

What a doll. She is precious. And I loved her shirt. I wonder where that came from.

I bet her mother cries when she sees these photos from a distance.

Wouldn't it be wild if they do a story on the Olympic Volleyball players and feature your DIL and how you had to help care for her child while she trained? I love it when they feature the athletes like that. Hannelore, get on that, so we can watch you on our televisions.

Hannalore,

what an adorable child. She has an infectious smile and very expressive eyes. She's going to be a heart breaker.

Dotsie, I send photos regularly to her mother, plus a journal of Anaiya's development. Oh yeah, those TV cameras should catch me in the wee morning hours, hobbling around with a bottle in one hand, and a screaming Anaiya in my other arm. That’s called “Ohhh-limp-ick” at Grandma’s.

Our son is here every weekend, and takes over most of the daily tasks. I'm so proud of the way he's handling being a "single" Daddy. He is such a loving fun father, and Anaiya literally leaps in the air when she sees her Daddy's car drive up our driveway.

Hi Vicki, got a new pictures of your grandbabies to post?
