Joseph, a friend of ours, started this company when he was a young lad. The business in here in NM in the next county from us. Even though I am not a diabetic, I order these as well. They offer free shipping when you get 5 packages. The other day, Joe came by my booth at the market and we got to talking about business, of course. I told him I've been watching his business grow for years and have admired him. Yes I got to taste-test the chocolate chip cookies! I heard that the peanut butter is fantastic...although I"ve never tried it. I am going to try the peanut butter, the raspberry cookies, the choc. chips and the choc chips with pecans. Maybe it's my taste buds, but a lot of them tasted the same. But....there are some that are really good. I hate to tell you, but my grandson's didn't like them. Darn.....I was hoping to convert them.
