LABOR DAY - 2015

Labor Day's the beginning,
To the end of summer, here,
For many folks' that cold thought,
'Tis anything but dear.

Long ago 'n way back when,
The labor movement decided there'd be,
This yearly legal holiday, honoring,
American workers' nationally.

America's working force contributes much,
Prosperity, strength 'n well-being,
Propelling its citizenry with such,
Success, in a world of virtual bleeding.
