Oh my it seems we have deserted you jabber, as all the new poetry is yours. On another site they started something I am enjoying. You write a poem about a Fairy Tale but from another characters perspective, NOT the main characters. Mine was:

HUMPTY DUMPTY as told by the WALL

WEATHER WOES

Remember not long ago when we griped about the cold,
now it's the heat thats sad story is being told.

We first had too much rain, and wanted it sunny,
are we people ever happy, weather is suppose to be crummy.

Maybe I'm crazy or just a bit odd,
I take it a day at a time, whatever temps caress my bod.

Today I'll go swimming in the waters so cool,
while others are out walking the Strip, God what fools.

I stay inside in bad weather no matter what it might be,
never allowing the nasty climate to play tricks on me.

So if you have the option to do exactly as you please,
stay inside when too hot, but especially when frigid,
or your patoot might freeze...
