I thought some of you might be interested in this contest

Writers Digest is holding a contest for Popular Fiction. They're looking for short fiction in five categories: romance, mystery/crime, sci-fi/fantasy, thriller/suspense and horror. The grand-prize winner will receive $2,500 cash, $100 worth of Writer's Digest Books, plus a
manuscript critique and marketing advice from a "WD" editor or advisory board member. All winners will receive promotion in "WD." For more information or a registration form, visit the
