I'll have to give this later. Haven't gotten that far. But, when I do I'll send you the ISBN and create the list you mentioned. What a great idea!

Hi Vicki,

It's so nice of you to do this! How generous.

My book is called GETTING HIP: Recovery from a Total Hip Replacement.

ISBN 1418478377

It's a patient's guide to surviving hip surgery with minimal pain and discomfort.

Thanks :-) Sigrid

My books don't have ISBN #s. I went to the website and I'm not sure if I can really afford it. [Frown]

Okay ... totally confused here! I guess since my book just got on Amazon, I haven't a clue as to what listmania is. I guess I have much to learn about being an author. [Eek!]

In any event, can someone better explain it to moi. And, if I create my own list, do I call it Boomer Women also? Oh...so confused here...

Well, here is the blurb on mine:

Surviving the Tough Times-How to make ends meet...NOW"

ISBN # 1591136210

Written specifically for those having a hard time making ends meet and is packed with information so you will have the knowledge and power to take better control of your life in such a difficult situation.

If it is too long, feel free to edit. Many thanks for your thoughtfulness.

Vicki, I just ran across this discussion, and would like to add my book, too:

Watercolor Bedroom: Creating a Soulful Midlife
ISBN: 1-4184-0886-7

It's a midlife woman's guide to claiming her wisdom, stepping into her authority, and creating a vision for the second half of life.

Thanks for doing this! Great idea.

my pleasure, It's been fun collecting boomer books. Now I've filled up all the slots available on my listmania list. Anyone want to start another one?

Maybe you could add my book - "LADIES: A Conjecture of Personalities" - about the First Ladies, Martha through Mamie. ISBN: 1-59286-361-2, published by PublishAmerica. It's an entertainment- not a tome!

Hi Vicki!

Just discoverd the forum and thought I'd jump in with this if it isn't too late for your listamnia.

My historical novel is
The House of Pendragon I: The Firebrand
ISBN# 1-59279-883-7
Although sired by king Arthur, fate damns Lin to wear the slave collar of her half-brother Modred.

Looking forward to chatting and making new friends here. From the posts I've sampled this seems like a very welcoming group.
