It seems that all of us go through periods of anxiety of depression in our lives - we know postpartum depression is common in new mothers, and then there's the Empty Nest Syndrome. Not to mention our day-to-day worries about our health, and/or the safety and security of family and friends.

HEY! We all get depressed and/or worried - but no one wants to talk about it.In fact, that's why I'm posting this discussion in "Girlfriends," and NOT under "Mental Health."

Here's the thing: A chance to hear the words of other women who have lived through anxiety and/or depression, come out on the other side - and are willing to talk about it!! Here's the thoughts of 25 women - many, like J.K. Rowling - are people you've heard of...

Take a look! Any thoughts?
