I use more lotion and agree that drinking a lot of water, especially electrolyte water, is very important. I also try to get plenty of rest - at least 7 or 8 hours a day, but this varies for each person. My neighbor only need six hours per day and he is 76. Another tip is bundling up well on very cold days and wearing gloves.
