I must admit that I have never been one for vitamins. Other than a multi-vitamin I have not explored all the options...and there are so many. I recently walked in a health food store and felt like I was in another country reading some of the labels.

Want you to know I am becoming a changed woman...thanks to some of you in this forum! I know the Vitamin E has worked wonders for my cysts, that and staying away from caffeine. So I've decided there really is something to all of this (pardon me if I sound ignorant, but I have been blessed with a healthy life and frankly haven't needed to research alternatives). This peri-menopause thing has me searching.

I have printed posts by DJ and Vicki and put them in my purse. Now when I go to a vitamin or health food store I will be prepared! Thank you ladies!

So sorry to hear about the cyst on the ovary pain.I've had 2 burst, so I know the pain. It happened some years before menopause and therefore before soy and prim rose oil.Hope that is a little mind relief.

Back to this again. I admit that I (for whatever reason) stopped taking this stuff. Don't ask me why 'cause I don't even know.

It reappeared again in our medicine basket last week and I started taking it again. I can't tell you the difference it makes in the way I feel. It's amazing!

Typically from the time I ovulate until I menstruate, I feel BLOATED. Believe it or not, that feeling went away within 3 days of taking this stuff again.

I am hooked and won't let it get to the bottom of the basket anymore! Much better than the water pill the doctor wanted to prescribe.

Plus anohter bonus is that you have to drink a whole glass of water every time you take one. Now I'm drinking more water too!
