Hey Danita,
I sit on one at my desk, and it has become pretty normal. I got it because my doc said it would force me to use my stomach muscles to balance, and I wouldn't be able to hunch my shoulders--which would have been a bad thing following my shoulder surgery.
I haven't noticed any change in my abdominal area, but my posture is definitely improved...

Wow, that is so good to know.

I am having major posture issues - I tried stomach exercises and tore a muscle (thought I had a hernia). lmao!

Anywho, what size ball do you have and where did you get it?

Any sporting goods store carries these balls, try different sizes one will suit you. The key is not to fall off the ball and I did just that, yep right on my buns in the middle of Sportsmart....hide face and slink away.... [Frown]
