nillawafer Member Registered: 10/11/02 Posts: 158 Loc: new orleans	well girls, i am half way there!! i have lost 60 pounds. it may actually be a couple more than that but i am calling it 60 for now. i want to lose 120. after i lose 120, i may want to lose more than that. i have now decided that whatever does not exercise off fatwise or skinwise..i will have cut off of my body. what the heck.... i work hard for a living...well not hard,,, but... i work for a living and if i want to throw my money into a fat vat i will!!!

My family has this genetic predisposition to an extra chin....even when I've been thin, I've had this damned flap below my chin. So if I lose 20 more lbs and still have it, I'm going to look into a surgical alternative. I look like a complete moron when I walk, doing those fish face exercises to try to get rid of my double chin. I know people see me walking thru the neighborhood and wonder if I have turrets syndrone.

There are certain exercises for each part of the face.Most days on my 20 minute ride home I do the exercises I want while driving or sitting at a red light if I need my hands for one.(Really don't care if anyone sees me,but I think my windows are tinted enough.) My family has that double chin thing too.I really believe the Facercise has helped because,at 52, so far so good.
