HELP WANTED-Seniors - 07/09/05 03:10 AM

I just finished reading a marvelous article in AARP and checked out the link they gave. I need to share this with you all. Seniors having a difficult time finding sufficient work need to check this out as well. Someone has done some really good prospecting for us all...Did you know that by 2010 almost a third of all workers will be 50 or older?

Hi Chat, is that the article that says that Home Depot, for one example, is happily hiring seniors? Good thing, because at least we know how to count change! LLL

Yes as a matter of fact it is and the link has some really good choices for those searching for something to do full or part-time. It seems some Seniors need all the help they can get. Although I believe that some of these employers are beginning to appreciate "experiece" rather than youth. Somewhere someone has tried to X out age and found that when you do that you usually X out brains as well....and yes, we can count, thusly the employers can count on us. Its a two way street. [Wink]
