Time to refinance?

Ladies, if you havent' heard this anywhere else, just want to remind you that this is a great time to refinance. Our son bought a home two summers ago and I am in the process of helping him do so. Since he works and has a hard time connecting with the guy at the bank, I'm doing a lot fo the foot work for him. I'm psyched. It's going to save him mucho money each month. Amazing, huh?
